The top side of the spoon has tablespoon and teaspoon, the underside has half teaspoon and quarter teaspoon. 1 Tablespoon is approximately 6 grams, and 1 Teaspoon is approximately 2 grams. Please note that the 6 grams and 2 grams is approximate, and is for a LEVEL scoop of most plain leaf powders. We’ve found that it is pretty darn close with most that we carry. For more precise measurements we recommend using a scale.
